At Walt Life we guarantee that you will be happy with your first monthly subscription box. If you are not you may ship it back to us within 30 days for 100% of your money back.

Due to us personally shopping for you each month in advance we are not able to offer this guarantee for subscriptions past the first month. If you do have an issue with any subscription we will do our best to make it right, please reach out to us by clicking the "Talk to me" button on the bottom right corner of the screen.

Most of our amazing fans love us and stay for many years.

We offer a variety of boxes for all types of Disney fans! The element of surprise is what makes subscription boxes so fun! There's no telling what you might find from month to month.

The items will vary greatly but on average you can expect to find age-appropriate licensed Disney products including Disney ears, jewelry, plush characters, household items, kitchen wares, arts and crafts supplies, accessories, toys, collector pins and more.

We offer a Snack Box that includes seasonal snacks from the parks, they are shipped in their original packaging, and we also offer a Star Wars Fans box.

Does everyone get the same items in their shipment?

Since we have many different age ranges for our subscription boxes, items will vary between age and gender groups. Sometimes we will include 1 or 2 of the same items in boxes as it will fit every category. These products may be of different variations occasionally. So, for instance, you may get a toothpick holder with Mickey and someone else may get one with Dopey. Everyone gets a toothpick holder, everyone may not get the same character.

Where do you get the items:

You can expect to find an assortment of merchandise that may come from any of the Disney Parks, Disney Stores, Disney Resorts or from one of our many Disney suppliers!

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with The Walt Disney Company, Disney Enterprises Inc., or any of its subsidiaries or its affiliates, but the items in your Walt Life boxes will all be licensed Disney products.

We offer free shipping for all subscription boxes In the US. We charge a small shipping fee for pin subscriptions and our cost for international shipping it will depend on your location.

We are a family-owned business, we do our best to provide unmatched personalized service every step of the way.

Tracking your box? You should receive an email with tracking information. In addition, you can always log into your account and find your tracking number under your subscription.

Your First Shipment:

*Your first order will ship within 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes a couple of days. During holiday seasons it can take slightly longer.

When you sign up for a Walt Life subscription you will receive a shipment every month, the first one will happen when you sign up.  The next month will happen on the 11th and continue each month after. 

Monthly Shipments:

Customers are rebilled on the 11th of each month. After that, we begin packing and typically have everything shipped out by the 20th.  Most boxes are delivered by the end of the month.  Of course, we'll send you a tracking link so that you can begin the countdown.

Snack Boxes:

*For Snack boxes, we purchase any perishable items after you are rebilled each month. Due to us having to run to different parts of the Parks this can cause these boxes to ship much later.  Generally, we are able to purchase everything and have it out by the end of the month. Your first snack box will also take up to 10 days to ship.

We do offer one time boxes for people who want to give one as a gift or to see what our box looks like before signing up for a monthly subscription. Click here and you will be taken to our merchandise page where you can purchase one time boxes.

Due to Disney Parks being closed we have temporarily discontinued shipping out Snack boxes. Customers who are currently enrolled or who have switched to this subscription will not be charged and will not receive a shipment until the Disney Parks re-open.

We currently do not have a timeline of when snacks will resume, so please check back.

We'd love to hear from you. We're always looking for ideas on how to make all of the boxes and subscriptions better. If you have an idea for an upcoming item feel free to contact us below.

However, because of the way the subscription process works, we cannot accept any special requests for specific characters or items in your personal box.

In order to make sure that everyone's boxes are equally special, and make it to you on time, we make the customization process easy for you with our Magic, Magic Plus, and Kingdom subscriptions! If you're interested in custom features like selecting a specific age or gender theme for your box, that's the perfect place to start!

If you're not receiving items that you like please reach out to us and we'll see if a different product better fits your needs.

After trying a box we get many requests from people who love it and want to upgrade. If you're not pleased with your box often a different box or an older age group will make you happy.

To edit or upgrade your subscription:

Editing your subscription is as easy as logging into your account here at www.WaltLife.com, and clicking the "Edit" button next to your subscription on the My Account page! From there, you can make any changes you'd like to your subscription, including upgrading to a new subscription!

How do I change my account information?

If you need to change any of your account information you can use this link and log in. From there it is as easy as using the edit buttons to change the information associated with your account.

To Skip a Month:

To skip any single month, log into your account and click the "Skip Next Renewal" button. You can do this as many times as you need to throughout your subscription.

If you need to take a longer break to email us to skip multiple months.

To Cancel:

Due to our purchasing items in advance, our cancellation period is open from the 12th of the month to the 31st.

If you're thinking about canceling for any reason contact us below and let us know why. We'll find a way to make it right. If we can't find a fix we'll send you a link for you to finish up the cancellation process. We believe that canceling should be easy and simple. It will take you less than 3 minutes once we reply back with the cancellation link.

These boxes are the perfect way to announce to a friend or family that you are going to Disney. The first box will come in a special surprise box with items that can be used on a Disney Vacation. After the first month, it will turn into a standard subscription box full of Disney items that you will love.

We are the biggest Disney Fans that simply love going to the Parks and sharing our love of Disney with the world.

In order to update your billing information, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your WaltLife.com account using the email address and password you’ve chosen to use.
  2. On your account page scroll down to the billing information section at the bottom of the page. Click “Edit” on the Billing Information.
  3. Once you’ve entered your Credit or Debit Card information on the Billing Information window, click “SAVE” and the window will close.
  4. Refresh the page and scroll down to make sure that your new Billing Information is accurate, and you should be all set!

Also, please be aware that since we are a smaller company emails may be delayed. Ttypically, we are available Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm except during holidays. Also, from the 11th to the 20th we're busy shopping and building boxes to make customers happy, so replies during these times may be delayed.
